Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
By using PairWave you agree to these terms. Operator: Federico Alunni, contact gmemo033@gmail.com.
The service
PairWave keeps the playlists you link across supported music providers in sync by adding tracks that exist on each platform. It only ever adds tracks, never removes them. Matching across platforms is best-effort; a track with no equivalent on a platform is skipped.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or control the playlists and accounts you connect.
- You must comply with each provider's own terms (Spotify, YouTube, TIDAL, SoundCloud).
- You are responsible for keeping your connected accounts secure.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranty. We are not liable for changes a provider makes to your playlists, missed or incorrect matches, quota limits, or downtime. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.
Termination
You may stop using PairWave and delete your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or a provider's API.
